Improvement
You can now assign specific permissions to individual users within your team.
To change user abilities, click on your company name at the top right of the screen and select your company name from the drop-down menu. You are now in the Account Management section of your portal, where you can invite and modify all users on your team. Click the “edit” button beside any of your user’s names to change their permissions. Here are the four roles available to choose from:
- Admin: This user has access to all features and settings. You do not need to assign any other roles to this user. Admins can access credit application settings, account management, and most system settings.
- Can order reports: Allows the user to select and order different report levels on credit applications.
- Can modify private notes section: Allows the user to edit the Private Notes and Options section on an applicant file, including uploading files to the applicant profile. If disabled, the user can still view this information but won’t be able to make any changes.
- Can send credit outcome notifier: Allows the user to send credit outcome emails from the portal.
